The ROVER-tracking Trophy is a unique continuous competition, where the participating pilots can complete tasks all over the country during a several months long period. During the Event, the system automatically scores the performance of the pilots.

2023.04.11. The Rover-Tracking App is HERE!
From now on, the Rover-tracking System is available for iPhone users in the App Store! Alongside with the development of the iOS version, several new features got finished.
A new competition type is now supported within the rover-tracking system.

The iOS VERSION OF ROVER-TRACKING IS ON IT'S WAY
2023.02.11. The iOS Version of the Rover-tracking App has reached the test-phase!
After the Android version, the iOS version of the App. is now complete.
Testing are expected to end in March 2023, and Iphone users will soon be able to download the app fom the Apple Store.

The newest version of the Rover-tracking App is now available in the Google Play Store!
The developments of the new software started in 2022 october, and the new version is now released.
A The features for the Land Rover community work smoothly, and we received a few new requests too.
We have received a lot of positive feedback about the SES (Sending Emergency Signal), and the GROUP function for joint trips.
The newest feature we are currently working on is the visualization of Prohibited Zones or Areas based on enviromental protection regulations.

Towards the end of the CE Cup 2022 hot air balloon competition in Szeged in mid-September 2022, one of the balloons landed in a swampy area. Their van got stuck in the mud and they asked local friends for help. This request reached us. As natural, we pulled them out of trouble and mud with the Land Rover...
The next morning we found ourselves in the basket of the balloon, they took us flying. What can we say, ballooning is also a fun experience...
During the flight, we had time to talk with the pilot in the basket of the balloon. He used a previously unknown tool for the competition, the Hungarian-developed Balloon-tracking GPS-based tracking and competition support system. After landing, we contacted the developers at the race office. During the presentation of the software, we were also convinced that this system provides many good opportunities and innovations for the offroad world, and will also be of great help to the organizers of subsequent events and competitions.
After a few days, we consulted with the developers and agreed that for our current Land Rover meeting, they would use the modules of the balloon system to prepare the first version of the Rover-tracking system for us. By using the Rover-tracking system, we have already received a lot of help in organizing the competitions of the 27th Land Rover Meeting, we used this system for the GPS point-finding competition on the last day of the competition.
After the meeting, we were concluded that a professional system is the best solution for us Land Rover pilots as well...
The 28th Hungarian Land Rover Meeting and Competiton will use the Rover-Tracking Event Management System
The 28th Hungarian Land Rover Meeting and Competiton will take place on 23-24. September, at Kistelek, Hungary.
The Event will be based on the Hungarian-developed Rover-tracking system and application for the complete event and for the scoring of the competition tasks!
